For account help, login problems, feature questions, and bug reports, email support@stitchmessaging.com. Include your Stitch username, registered email, and a short description of what happened so we can help faster.

Security and Abuse Reports

For urgent safety concerns, harassment, impersonation, spam, threats, or account compromise, use the in-app report tools first, then email support@stitchmessaging.com with subject line "Safety Report". Include relevant timestamps and identifiers where possible.

Privacy Requests

For privacy rights requests (access, correction, deletion, portability, or objections), email support@stitchmessaging.com with subject line "Privacy Request". We may ask for identity verification before processing sensitive account requests.

Response Times

We target initial responses within 72 hours for normal support requests. Security and safety issues are prioritized. Complex legal or privacy requests can take longer when additional verification is required.
