Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds for Stitch Plus.

Stitch Plus is a monthly subscription

Stitch Plus is a monthly digital subscription that removes ads from your Stitch account while it is active. It costs $3.99 per month and has no free trial. Because it is a recurring digital subscription, billing happens at the start of each monthly period.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel Stitch Plus at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals so you will not be charged again, but it does not automatically refund a billing period you have already paid for. After you cancel, Stitch Plus normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and then ads return.

Web subscription refunds (Stripe)

Refund requests for web subscriptions are handled through Stripe, our web payment provider, in accordance with Stripe's policies and applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a web subscription, contact us at support@stitchmessaging.com and we will help you with the request.

Android refunds (Google Play)

If you subscribed on Android, your subscription is processed by Google Play. Refund requests for Android subscriptions are handled by Google Play according to its refund policies. You can request a refund and manage your subscription directly through your Google Play account.

iPhone / App Store

iPhone subscriptions are coming soon. Stitch Plus is not currently sold on iOS. When App Store purchases become available, they will be managed by Apple, and any refund requests for App Store purchases will be handled by Apple according to its policies.
